Honee Brown is a singer-songwriter based out of Chicago, Illinois who made a courageous move to leave Corporate America to pursue her passion for music full-time in May 2019.  “I didn’t really have a choice; the music chose me and when I am singing, I feel like I am the most authentic version of myself.” By blending soulful stylized lyricism, Honee strives to create an atmosphere that is textured and emotionally provoking.

Performing music for over ten years, you can find Honee around the Greater Chicagoland Area.  She covers a variety of music from Pop/Rock/Country/Jazz and R&B.  Her influences are an eclectic range from Allen Stone, Marshall Tucker Band, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, Frank Sinatra, Alicia Keys, Zac Brown Band, Janis Joplin, Stevie Nicks, Otis Redding, Etta James, Diana Krall, Ray Charles to The Beatles.

My hope is that people will have experience from my songs that will help them feel moved and I can leave them with their hearts touched.
